- Staff for our room was scarce, hard to get clean towels, sheets, and additional toilet paper. We had to wash the towels and buy toilet paper on occasion. This was a reunion trip for me and my three siblings.
- The AC unit filter had not been cleaned in a long time. Worked better after we cleaned it. TV remote didn't work as the batteries were dead and corroded, cleaned it and put in new batteries, it works now. Water was off on washer, figured it out though.
