Convenient location - facilities perfectly adequate

Price - buts its Waikīkī

This is a very good hotel. Staff members are all professional and helpful. I will gladly stay there again. I had a very nice room with a balcony, much appreciated.

The AC units are very very noisy. Walls are thin. If neighbors are loud, one hears everything. There are no reading lamps.

Nice Hotel located just few minutes away from Waikiki Beach. Super friendly Staff, possibility to park onsite for free but only 4 spots available. Free swimming pool available onsite with warm water. Big and clean room with comfortable beds

A bit overpriced

Great location. Staff very nice. Good to have pool and kitchen facilities. Comfortable studio.

Price seemed a little steep, but then everything is in Hawaii, I guess.

Bath fan was loud

The rooms are stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location was perfect — just a ~3–5 min walk to the Waikiki Beach area. Parking is included, and there were plenty of spots available. One of the biggest pluses for me was having a kitchen in the room — so convenient! There’s also a balcony, and the view from our room was just stunning. I had specifically booked a mountain view — so stunning!!!

At first, we were given a room facing the buildings, even though I had booked (and paid for) a room with a mountain view. When I politely asked to switch rooms, the staff explained there were no more available (why?). We weren’t ready to give up — a couple of hours later we went back to the front desk and asked again, this time mentioning we would like to speak with a manager. In the end, they were able to help us without involving a manager. We paid an extra ~$100, since the new room had a bigger bed and moved.So my advice: don’t be afraid to kindly speak up if something’s not right — especially if you paid for it.I still highly recommend this hotel!!!

Everything was excellent. Staff went above and beyond, spotless room, the room was fully serviced each day and the location was fantastic, so handy to shops, 5 min walk to Waikiki. Highly recommend this great Hotel

Staff were super nice, welcoming and extremely kind and polite! The room was very spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to all shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach.

The bathroom was small but we didn’t mind, as we were out most of the time.

This hotel is amazing value for money if you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the daily maid service. When you are traveling with kids who spend their days moving between the pool, the beach and snacks, a daily clean up is of value and not something that happens in a lot of hotels anymore.

The air-conditioning was a little noisy, and the fan squeaky. There is carparking available, but the spaces are quite tight. These are certainly not deal-breaker issues and we would happily stay again.
