The locastion of the hotel was great. It was fairly close to the beaches, the Hawaii Convention Center and the shops. One can access with direct bus from/to the airport. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice stay, close enough to everything we needed, room overlooked main road so was noisy on the balcony. Staff lovely.

The staff was polite. Centralized, convenient to necessary food and shopping. Bathroom nice. Kitchenette was perfect.
The bedding stained and old. The lamp was not accessible to first bed.

Spacious sized room with an extra bed which was great for luggage, good sized bathroom and small kitchenette which meant we could prepare some light meals but there were plenty of food option nearby.
Timber deck near the pool was very hot when the sun was on it and a few more chairs around the pool would have been good.

Great location for a Waikiki vacation. Everything within walking distance, and busses nearby for visits and grocery shopping further away.

Spacious room with a decent bed and fairly new bathroom. The location is central, but this is also a disadvantage, as rooms facing the street are extremely noisy. However, it was cheap, so good price-value ratio.
The property has seen better days and needs some refurbishment.
