The location was good. About a 10-15 min walk to Waikiki beach

There was no air conditioning in the hallways and the one in our 1 bedroom apartment was not sufficient. Despite leaving it on all day long we would come back to a room that was too warm and honestly I did not cool until the middle of the night

when booking there was no disclosure of pool, recreation area not being available due to renovation. immediately upon arriving saw a cockroach on the dining table and living room floor. mold on the shower curtains.

Convenient to everything Waikiki Beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE PARKING is a great plus. Spaces available.

A/C did not work properly. It was very warm in the apartment, even at night, with an additional fan working nonstop. Small window type unit, that seemed to be making noise however either too small for the room size or just not working. We sent a message about it, nothing was done, not even acknowledged. A large building with 4 elevators working, one didn't, many times long wait.

Parking included/great location

We stayed in room 703 and 704 and it was amazing.They provided everything you could possibly need.A fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable king bed, pack n play for our baby, umbrella for the beach, 2 sand chair, beach towels, sand toys and life jacket for our daughter, vaccuum so we could keep our place as sand free as possible. Laundry basket, dish soap, salt and pepper, coffee, ice cube trays and ice cube bucket. They have on site management which is great. The Murphy bed was comfortable. They also provided a room fan which was a nice bonus. The views were so nice. One room faced diamond head and the other was facing the city and the ocean. There’s an in room safe, and a tv in the living area and the bedroom. 2 hair dryers and the 7th floor had 2 washers and dryers down the hall which you can use coins or an app for. The location is also amazing!! 1 block from the famous Waikiki beach and it’s at the part of the beach that has a breakwater wall on all 3 sides so it’s AMAZING for little kids or just anyone who doesn’t want to have to deal with waves. We also used the pool and play structure which was such a bonus for a young family and they have tons of BBQ’s you can use for 2$/hr with seating space. Also a lot of people had complained about long waits for elevators in previous reviews. Zero complaints. Never waited more than a few minutes and we were a big group with 4 adults and 2 strollers.

The only slight downfall was we had rented a large SUV (Nissan armada) and it was too tall for the parkade . There’s a strict height restriction which we weren’t aware of so we had to park in the zoo parking lot which was 1.50$ an hr and 2 blocks away.

One of the best value for money locations on the island. Big comfortable king size bed, good size living area, great location to beach, shops and zoo. Free parking which is a big deal, however just be warned as it is an old building our Chevy Suburban was just to big to fit in there, however swapped it for a smaller van and had no issues. We had 3 rooms and they were all next to each other. Couldn't have been happier, especially for the price.

Location is great. Apartment is very spacious. They did have beach chairs available and in the room. Initial room allocated 2701 was far below expectations and after complaining we were moved to a better apartment for same cost.New apartment 1412 allocated was very good everything worked and was clean but dated.

Abysmal communication with office needed 4 overseas phone calls to establish apartment number.Initial apartment 2701 was in very poor condition. Dirty and broken furniture, hair dryer didn't work, bath surface was peeling, only 1 bedside light, TV didn't work, WiFi wouldn't connect initially several phone calls to establish the modem was disconnected. Cutlery and dishes were awful, refrigerator didn't work, bed was broken on one side. This apartment should definitely not be rented out until renovated/repaired. Noted

Location was excellent.Parking was excellent.Room was a little small for 4 adult people.Lifts in the building were slow and sometimes unreliable.

the room was a little small for 4 adult people.the oven in the kitchen was a little difficult to use - there should be some instructions on how to use oven for foreigners.the mattress on the fold out bed was too soft

Advertised as having 2 beds, however, the 'murphy bed' in the living room was very uncomfortable and sunk in.
