- Dirty and run down. Door latch broken, chair had the bottom foot on three legs but not the fourth-lopsided, stool lid broken off and laying to the side, patch on bathtub, hair in the tub, hair dryer missing.
- The fact that there were bums in the lobby at night, yelling between a employees and a customer at night, no decent breakfast options, dirty
- Breakfast was horrible! Staff was in friendly and halls smelt like marijuana
