- Everything the room was GREAT and very CLEAN

- Said they had shuttle online and when we called for the shuttle said to let booked shuttle next morning told us no had one piece of sausage was all they had mold in bathroom floor dirty told them we wanted our money back and she laughed and told us to call booking .Com very rude

- I waited 30 minutes in the cold for a shuttle bus, only to learn—after calling the hotel myself—that no buses were running, despite other locations operating their shuttles. There was no notice about this at check-in; a sign was only posted at checkout. I also witnessed another guest complain about the shuttle service and being told management would contact their supervisor, while I was told there was nothing that could be done for me.I arrived around 7 p.m. While the lobby initially appeared promising, the rest of the hotel was rundown. The elevator was poorly maintained, smelled of weed and cigarettes, and made me uneasy about its condition. The hallway and room had dirty carpets, excessive dust, rusty lamps, nonfunctional TV/streaming, and extremely uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom was unacceptable, with dirty tiles and a broken toilet paper holder. I did not feel comfortable showering due to cleanliness concerns.Additionally, upon check-in I was required to pay a deposit despite having already paid for the room through Booking.com. I was assured the refund would be processed quickly, but after checking out around 10:20 a.m. today, I was informed it would take several business days.

The price bit nothing else
The first room had hair and mold… the second room had bugs in the bed, hair in the bed, wet stains in the bed, sheets were wrinkled and not clean. Absolutely horrifying
