The rooms were clean
Friday night the a.c. and TV weren't working so we switched rooms. The next room didn't have hot water to shower and the pressure was low in the shower. Also I was charged 50 dollars a night for incidentals and suppose to had 100 dollars returned after I checked out which I did not receive back.

The location was great and it was close to everything we wanted to go
The price the breakfast was a little expensive but everything else was great

The location was great! Near River front like 9 minutes away. Near shopping centers and restaurants. Will stay here again!
The hotel has a nice Bistro, and the swimming pool was decent, but we didn't get in it.

We've stayed here several times for my husband's doctor's appointments. The location is perfect. It's near restaurants we like as well as a couple of miles from his Neurologist.
The more we stay, the more the facility seems to run down. On this visit the carpet near the entry doors and elevator area was dirty and matted looking. The hallway had a "dirty" smell. Our room was comfortable and clean, but when I went to shower one of the dispensers had a nasty substance akin to dirty ear wax on the top of the pump. It made me wonder if these small items are ever cleaned or even wiped down at all, since the TV remote was dirty and sticky to the touch. It turned my stomach. In addition to these items the price has gone up over $30.00 since our stay in October of 2023.

I like the location and how convenient it was for shopping and dining. The area is nice and clean.

Cleanliness of room and hotel. All staff were very helpful with any problems and very nice! Would definitely stay here again if we visit again.
There was nothing we did not like about this hotel !
