- Comfortable bed with nice linen. Friendly staff
- The staff was absolutely amazing! They were kind, they cared, they tried.
- The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Cons -
- The microwave did not work
- If this is a 3-star hotel than a Holiday Inn is the Four Seasons: 2-star at best. The heat in the room didn?t work (it was 20� outside during our stay) hallways/stairwells smelled like weed, old cigarettes & slightly moist cat food. It was all gross.
