- The complimentary drink/snacks and the comfort of the bed and pillows
- The room was good but the hotel charged fees upon arrival & that is wrong. Don't allow added fees that I did not agree to when I reserved my room. Their doing that tells me that Hyatt has no integrity? This leads to a distrust of large corporations.
- Robes, excellent restaurant Try the shrimp and grits!
Cons -
- The smell of the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash
- The hotel is very clean, the pool area was a great space to hang out in, and the location was great. The hotel needs to just stop adding fees.
- Only 1 elevator then that broke had to walk up 6 flights
