Courteous, helpful and friendly staff.

Room's carpet is filthy. Room and bathroom smelled stale. Only one elevator was in operation and the fan circulated hot air.

The hotel is in a very Prime location. It's walking distance to the Tanger Outlet mall and also Texas Roadhouse amongst so many other restaurants and fast food places. The parking is free and just a normal open parking lot plenty of space to park. I also enjoyed the one bedroom king suite because it had an actual bedroom with the door so it had that privacy from the living room space and the bedroom and living room both had a TV in there with a sofa bed in the living space. I also enjoyed the walking shower and the kitchenette in the room. It added storage to put food and also the microwave was a nice bonus as well. The hotel itself has a little market area and a breakfast place where you can order breakfast and a pool. The room itself was clean and the hotel lobby smelled nice and fresh.

I didn't like how the room wasn't stocked for sofa bed items such as a comforter sheets and a pillow. I had to call down there and request those specific items. Also there was a pillow that smelled really bad when we arrived and we had to put it outside of our room. There was a constant clicking noise in out bathroom, which I believe is due to the fan switch which was broken. The pool was out of service at time of check out. When we arrived, we noticed the water was green.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very nice. Great location. Easy to get and from the convention center.

We ate appetizers only-they were delicious. Staff very friendly. Because it was the day before Christmas Eve, the mall was extremely crowded. Normally there’s no problem with the location.

No hair dryer. Only one roll of toilet paper. AC it bar/restaurant broken.

The hotel has some modern upgrades which feel nice: bar, lobby, rooms.

My flight arrived at 7pm, and after calling for a shuttle I waited for almost an hour before they called me to say they couldn't reach the driver and I needed to find another way to get there. Morning shuttle doesn't start until 6am. Airport hotel??

The rooms were very clean

The night before I was to fly out the clerk stated their shuttle service started at 6, which was perfect, but the next morning, the service wasn't available. Need to get their facts straight

Location, new hotel, clean, hotel serves food and drinks, friendly staff. Safety measures in place. You needed your room key to enter the hotel after 10pm.

More parking would have been good.
