Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Rockmart

Breakfast was not provided on the second day of our stay. No one was on duty at the front desk on the day we checked out so we were not able to obtain a receipt. The property was not very clean. The toilet had not been cleaned or flushed in the room we were given.

The service was HORRIBLE, the room was DISGUSTING, the breakfast was a little fridge with Sunny D and a half gallon of milk, a broken waffle maker, nutty bars and slices of bread in a clear box with flies, a coffee pot that I wouldn’t let my dog drink out of, cats and dogs running freely on the property, smelled worse than a bar that allows smoking, and just plain ol’ trashy!!!And to top it off I had to call Booking.com because the guy at the desk was so mad he hung up on Booking.com because I paid online for the room and when I got there he said I’m not getting in my room until Booking.com pays him!….Horrible experience with this stay and not too sure me or the company I work for will be using Booking.com in the near future…. Thank you

Check in was quick and simple, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. I was just getting away for a couple of days rest, and enjoyed my stay very much.

I had no complaints except maybe that there was no coffee maker in the room, but there was coffee a few steps away in the lobby.
