- Nice decor friendly staff
- large bag of trash left in stairway on Sunday when we checked in. Just assumed someone forgot to pick it up. It stayed in the stairway all week long untouched. Also no afternoon food, poor breakfast, and no heat when its 35 degrees out? Froze all night
- The two men that helped us check In were extremely friendly and helpful! Helped us find a place to go eat as it was late at night!
Cons -
- The bed linen was dirty,trash was on the sheets when I pulled them back. The heating system was difficult to use. The worker was using the luggage rack at the busiest time of the day (am) check out time. Another guest complain of bed bugs.Horrible stay.
- I got over charged for the hotel and no one can figure out why.
