The man working the front desk was polite and honest.

Cons -

Everything, it was Awful, Hard bed, no clock or place to charge my phone, and Room just looked bad, not worth any more than --- dollars a night at the most
The room did not appear to be very clean, although the sheets were. Woke up to ants in the room, and there was no food present. My room was near a bright outside LED light highlighting the building that continuously changed colors, which lit my room.
Mold around the bathtub: breakfast ceeal was stale; place was not clean at all. Will not stay there again, nor will I recommend anyone else to.
