Love the property

Didn't have any hot water

The only two staff that were nice at checkout and that's it.

The lady at checkin was slightly rude and judgemental, the room was gross and Room service never came even though the lady said we had to accept the service just for them not to show up. We never could sleep with people yelling and banging around. It says "pet friendly" but there's was little to no place for our dog to use the bathroom as most areas didn't allow pets on it, we were constantly tired. We had tried to make the most of it but when we got on the bed we had felt itchy and we both had woken up with bite marks on us, the locks didn't work well and we had to use the chairs to keep it close at night, the air conditioner didn't work and we'd be burning up all night

I didn’t like anything about the property!!!!

The employees have nasty disgusting attitude.Service was bad hotel was nasty they have roaches, dirty bed linen, blood on the sheets and bathroom was filled with nasty mole all behind the toilet and in the shower I definitely don’t recommend this place. They don’t believe in cleaning or giving out good customer service. Beware of the Indian lady at the front desk with the red lipstick on, she’s super evil and rude.
