- customer service sucks every time we ask for something they act like we were stealing ran out the toilet paper ran out of coffee. Our rooms weren?t made. The rooms weren?t clean. They come in and clean still look the same. POLICE needs new management.
- The pool was cold,didn't have no chairs in the pool area. One of the house keepers had a nasty attitude when my daughter asked if they could change one bed because her baby had an accident.
- They were remodeling and the floor and room I was in smelled like paint with paint chips all over the floor
