Location was great.
The room did not seem very clean. Floors had food on it and just seemed like it wasn’t cleaned well.

Most of the staff were freindly. Location was good. Breakfast was decent.
They lost my reservation and told me to call Booking.com, which I did, and then proceeded to tell Booking.com the same story I got.... my confirmation was not found in their system. I was traveling with friends so I could not go to another hotel. On top of that, my other friend and his son had the same exact thing happen to them the same weekend!!! I don't consider that a coincidence. They said they were short-staffed and by the parking lot only a fraction of the hotel was being used and they could not offer me a room. The pool was also out of commission.

Front desk lady was friendly and answered all my questions. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The room was very cozy, the shower had great water pressure. Great location as well.

I loved the location. It is close to shopping, eating, and entertainment. The price was good and the room was clean. This is a nice hotel for the price. Customer service was outstanding . The breakfast was good. They have a variety.
The refrigerator kept going on and off. It stays on 2 hours and then cuts off. The refrigerator is also too small. The room was supposed to be a king suite . It was like a regular king-size room. The room wasn't what I thought it would be.
