- LOCATION
- The warm welcome for the young lady that check us in at 8:30 pm. The breakfast was to expense
- Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- THE HEATED POOL AMENITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS IT WAS UNDERGOING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR A SPA TRIP AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I REQUESTED A PARTIAL CREDIT AT CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT BUT NONE WAS ISSUED.
- Not enough clean towels
- Checking was a bit slow. Original room had a broken window shade that was on the floor and I saw as soon as I opened the room door. Which tells me that the room had not been revised before reserving.
