Cons -

In the tiny room, the toilet continually ran, and the sink was stopped. The sink filled with water, and black stuff came out of the plumbing into the backed-up water. I reported it.
Reviews noted the cleanliness but was disappointed as the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty!
Yes, charging my credit card $20 for no reason. I will not stay here again.
