- Very kind and courteous staff, very nice accommodations.
- I loved the hostess he was very helpful and prompt.
Cons -
- This hotel is VERY poorly maintained, dirty, smelly (tobacco smoke, musty/damp smell in the room), the carped is dirty/stained, furniture falling apart, HVAC unit falling apart, etc. A TERRIBLE experience--this hotel is unsanitary and should be shut down!
- My room was nasty and the bed had bedbugs in them. I was given another room but the beds were hard a bricks! I will not be visiting again ever.
- The room was dated. The mattresses hung over the frame. Both chairs in the room were stained. My pillowcase and sheet also had a stain on them.
