- Cleanliness and staff. Oh yeah the wonderful bed

- The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was nice and also comfortable.
Cons -
- They didn¿t clean the room. When I reported that the room wasn¿t clean and that I needed clean towels. She said I can give you a towel. I told her that the room should be cleaned and that they should put clean towels in the room. Nothing was done.
- There was no way to close the drapes all the way to keep out the light from a street light. The bathroom floor was filthy. Getting on the internet required joining a Hilton program which I have no interest in. The breakfast buffet was very average.
- Yes the hotel canceled my first reservation you ever refunded my money
