The location is excellent and so are the hotel facilities. The room is large and comfortable.
It is not a four star hotel as it is rated in booking. I felt deceived. It is overpriced for what it really is. There isn't an actual restaurant. There is food in the lobby. It is understaffed. Breakfast has very little variety and it is a mess. My impression is that nobody really knows what to do. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Clean, great location
No baby crib was provided for my one year old or any type of alternative. We arrived at 11pm so had a very tired 1 and 2 year old. We kept getting told, the crib will be sent to your room to then eventually be told they don’t have one. I did also email the hotel twice prior to arriving to ask about a crib but no one responded

Very clean & modern. Lots of amenities & nice location.
I was charged 2x & the manager wasn’t so pleasant about it. But I did appreciate the fact the asst general manager reached out on his employees behalf. The charge fell off eventually. That would be the only bad thing I could say about this location.

Perfect location, nice facility
My king room had a clogged toilet, the worker switched us to another room but it had 2 queen beds instead of 1 king, we got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes bc we weren’t told how to use the key

Loved this hotel. It’s next door to the Four Seasons and almost as nice for much less money. They staff is great, parking is convenient but it is $32/night. The pool is super cool. Live DJ on the weekends, so it’s very lively. Beds are as comfy as the Ritz, we will definitely be back.
One of the does hers at the pool was fuzzy and the loud buzz eventually gave me a headache.
