The staff was very unfriendly. Did not smile or go over anything about the hotel when we checked in. Only asked for ID, credit card, and said where the elevator was. Nothing about the bar, restaurant, easy access to the tram.
They kept $35 of my $75 deposit, without telling me a reason

It was very close to the airport. You can walk across the street to the tram.

The staff was very unfriendly. Did not smile or go over anything about the hotel when we checked in. Only asked for ID, credit card, and said where the elevator was. Nothing about the bar, restaurant, easy access to the tram.
