- The hotel was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

- The main bellhop! I can?t recall his first name, but I do remember he is from Ethiopia. He should be in management training everyone in hospitality & concierge service. He is the nicest most professional individual I have ever met in his field!
Cons -
- I think the overnight parking could be more affordable and the fixed-price breakfast felt a bit expensive. Not everyone wants a full breakfast, but that didn?t seem to be an option. It would be nice to have more flexible choices.
- Outlets in the room didn?t work,shower glass door wouldn?t shut, thermostat not user friendly couldnt have heat on under 74 degrees
