- The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Due to our long stay, we appreciated the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. The best of all was the restaurants Infamous Fish Tacos from Marlowe?s Tavern which services the hotel.
- Some of the staff were caring & exceptional!!!
- The room & the front desk staff also the breakfast staff

- Horrible guest service, attitude from the start, very unprofessional
- I wish there was a microwave and a bathroom fan.
- Housekeeping knocking on the door 2 hours BEFORE CHECK OUT!!!!
