Good neighborhood, proximity to many great restaurants.

The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. It was very quiet at night and we slept well.

The parking lot is small and hard to find a space at times. Construction going on at entrance of hotel. Pieces of ceiling was peeling and hanging near the bathroom.

The shower curtain was cut to short causing water to run on the floor. No trash can

There was a door to the adjacent room that offered little / no sound proofing which was very disruptiveThe door to the hallway offered very little soundproofing and I was near to the lift with beeping, people coming and going constantly throughout the nightThe window also let in lots of noise - there is a metal plate on the street outside that would be loud every time a car drove over itThe room wasn't cleaned once throughout my 8 night stay

The staff was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and thoughtful and helpful. The best part of the stay! The main room (bed area) was clean (and I check *everything*), house keeping great, decent breakfast, great location.

Bathroom didn't have a fan and as a result, wallpaper and paint were bubbled/peeling/chipped. Only four very meager, flimsy pillows and very clunky loud AC.

Rooms were basic but comfortable

Shower in my room was unfunctional.After a few calls someone came to look at it and then said maintenance man would come but he never came. Had to shower in my relatives room. Or they said I had to move to another room which was too inconvenient.Breakfast was good. Parking included.

The room exceeded my expectations--cleanliness, great beds,love the soap, shampoo dispensers. The lady who prepared the breakfast was so lovely, kind, helpful, and very pleasant. Everyone ( front desk staff, breakfast preparer, very lovely, kind, and friendly cleaning staff for our room - 302, etc. Also, the very kind gentleman on the front desk on Sunday evening, 8-11 was exceptional. He was so kind, helpful, a great attitude, etc. Loved our stay.

I honestly can't think of a thing that needed improvement. It appeared some renovation was going on, but that was fine. One of the elevators was out of order, but that happens. The floor in the elevator that was running needed some repair.

The location was excellent! The hotel was clean.

Only one elevator was working, and the floor in the working elevator was very weak. It was scary every time we had to use the elevator. Unsafe was an understatement. Also, we needed toilet tissue and requested it from front desk. Someone was supposed to bring it no one showed up either we had to ask again.

Great Staff. I was originally set for the 4th Floor, but after explaining I'm a Vet with claustrophobia and can't use the elevator, they change my room without any issues what so ever. Enjoyed my stay there!
