- The front office staff, the location and the breakfast.
- Location to Truist park
- Complimentary breakfast was nice
Cons -
- I stayed for 4 nights and not once they stop to change towels or at least pick up the trash. (after calling). The carpet was dirty, the bathroom was outdated and the door wasn't locking properly. It was the most awful Hampton Inn I have been.
- Weak AC, mildew and black mold smell. Bathroom unkept, and electrical issues affecting my CPAP machine. Worst experience ever and to make it worst when I have communicated with front desk and general manager no one has taken any responsibility.
- Very very outdated. Carpet needs to steam cleaned and the air conditioner filters need to be cleaned. I picked the wrong hotel for the area. I was supposed to book at 2733 Circle 75 Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia. Not this one.

The front desk clerk was fantastic.
The room was not clean, there was hair all over the beds, my son found a fake fingernail on the floor, the tub had stains all around. Several rooms down the hall looked as if they had been broken into. Overall the room didn't seem clean or very safe.
