Location was perfect. Check in was easy and we was able to check in early.

Nothing. My stay was great! I will use DoubleTree again.

The location was great for being near Truist Park and all that has to offer. There were many restaurants nearby. Loved the free parking and the free shuttle to nearby attractions. But the staff is really what made it a great stay. Everyone was so great.

I liked the location. The place was very close to the Braves stadium.

I ordered a balcony room with two queen beds because I have 4 people in my family. I showed up and was told they were overbooked. I received a balcony room with a king bed and the hotel attendant rolled a twin cot into the room. I was shocked and speechless. My children barely were able to fit on the cot. There wasn’t any room for another cot. I checked with the front desk four times about being accommodated and I never received any final word on how my situation could be helped. I kept getting put off by the front desk. I was told to wait for the front office manager. I spoke to the front office manager and she told me she would get back in touch with me. I never received any type of notification of what could be done to help the situation. Our air in the room did not work. I felt bad for even having to ask for help with that since I was still having room issues. I reluctantly called the front desk about it. The engineer came and told us that the compressor was out. The engineer told us we had to turn off the air conditioner and turn it back on for it to work. During our stay, we turned off the air around 10 times or more just to get it to work. It would only work for maybe an hour and a half to two hours max. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a hotel room at a Hilton location specifically a Doubletree for sure.

Hot tub, bar and restaurant . Good location

Kids in and out of hot tub and it wasn’t relaxing

Price was a little high, mattress was warped and smoke alarm had a battery issue at 3am

The information on booking.com is not correct. My room was not upgraded , no robes, breakfast was not included. The package I paid for was polar opposite from my experience.

Alisha at the front desk was fabulous!!!Everyday she was a breath of fresh air. She needs to be a trainer for some of the others at the front desk. The Place was Beautiful,great location ,and super easy to get too. Got a $ 30 day credit didn't know why when I checked out I would've know so I could have used it on breakfast

That I couldn't ask for my room to be clean day of request. Checking in the young lady was friendly. At Check out found out I had a $30 credit. Wish I know before hand
