The staff was polite and informative.

The location was horrible..

The location was ideal and convenient.

The rooms are dated and dirty and are not properly cleaned in between guest. The photos do not represent the actual rooms. There was hair on the shower walls and the hotel staff had to come into our room to get items left by the prior guest. Check-in is at 4PM so they have plenty of time to clean and do housekeeping as they do not allow early check-ins. Being told we could not check into our room two hours early after a long day of traveling and having to nap in the car to only check-in to a dirty room is beyond infuriating. We never received housekeeping so we had to request towels. Upon checkout it took valet 20 mins to bring our car down. You are paying for location only, the property is on par with a motel. I would not recommend.

I like the location is super close and good. Close to Marta station and downtown. Am so grateful for the stuff mostly Tamika and a Kenyan lady. They were so helpful nice to me. The Kenyan lady got me tea and Tamika showed me away out to the station.

It’s not so safe to walk alone late in the night

The hotel looked great and the staff was amazing.

The first night we had problems getting in. It was a long wait and we were put into a room with no heat and it was cold. We were moved to a new room the next morning.

Room was spacious.

Some thing’s were broken shower soap/shampoo bottles were empty no hand soap for the sink upon entry. Toilet chain was broken. Tried to give me a phantom $80 charge upon check out that I now have to wait to be refunded.

The location is great

There were renovations in the area so there was no parking, valet or otherwise. They also required an additional 80 deposit which wasn’t listed in the description and they take up to 14 business to refund it, which seems like an unnecessarily long time.

The rooms were clean & tidy. The staff were always wonderful & did anything they could to accomodate us.

The pullout bed was terrible, we ended up buying a mattress topper just to try & make it ok to sleep on. We did not realise we were just that bit out of town & not in the best location. It wasn’t a long walk to the main attractions but we did sometimes feel unsafe outside which was not ideal with children.

The staff are welcoming.
