- We were given a key to someone elses room. Very embarassing.
- At 6:30 AM the loud music in front of the hotel
- I gave them a chance for redemption after being a loyal customer for a couple years. Once again, they have charged me random amounts (big and small) with absolutely no rhyme or reason. Now I have to contact them to get it refunded. What a pain.
