Pros +
- The design.
- The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable of the events going on. Smelled really fresh and clean all over not just the lobby
- The hotel was very clean, and the room was nice, but more importantly the staff were extremely nice, helpful and no one was rude, very pleasant stay.
Cons -
- The restaurant.
- A bit overpriced for the size of the room. Paid a bit more for a larger corner room and found it to still be fairly small.
- Not much staff about and not overly friendly or helpful. Remnants of smoke chimney issue; everything smelled awful and big fans were all over the lobby and on each floor.
