The manager was impossible to get ahold of as well as the front desk staff. They refused to check me into my room even though I arrived before 12:00am they just kept me on hold until after 12 so they could refuse me service. Worst experience ever.

The manager was impossible to get ahold of as well as the front desk staff. They refused to check me into my room even though I arrived before 12:00am they just kept me on hold until after 12 so they could refuse me service. Worst experience ever.

The staff was helpful

1st room infested with roaches. They moved me and second one a few roaches. Only 2 small pillows available. No coffee pot in a room with a kitchen. I left my phone charger and it was not turned in by cleaning person. Staff said they could not help.
