- Linda the concierge was exceptional. She went above and beyond. A true gem. All the staff were great. I loved the rooms size and decor. The trolly was a lovely perk. The rides to the beach and restaurants were appreciated.
- Rooftop pool and bar was great. Perfect view. Great for hanging during the day and evening. Loved it!
- Loved the ambience and how friendly everyone was from day 1! Super helpful staff, very easy solving issues no matter how minor. True hospitality!
Cons -
- The pool was small. I always a appreciate a bathtub
- The staff was great at the front desk and super friendly housekeeping. Unfortunately, we experienced less than attentive staff at the pool. We frequently had to go find someone to bring food or drinks. And the staff at the breakfast nook forgot to add condiments and juice as they were supposed to.
- I wish the rooms had more storage space. Otherwise nothing to critique!

The location and the beautiful decor rooms were great
The air conditioning was too cold in the reception/lobby area
