- Staff was amazing!! So nice & very attentive to their guests Rooms nice & clean
- I didn't like anything about this hotel.
- Walking distance from City Place and Clamatis Street.
Cons -
- Paying to Park & that there isn't enough parking spaces
- The hotel staff charged our card without explaining why, and we didn't get a refund for over a month. Our numerous emails went unanswered. We had to go through Booking.com to get a refund. We spent a LOT of time trying to get a refund. If it weren't for Booking.com, I don't think we would have received anything from the hotel.
- Valet parking. Car that had just been cleaned was left for 2 hours before our holiday party and it came back full of bird feces. We work up to no electricity in the bathroom. We had to shower in the dark.
