- Front desk agents were polite, got us checked in quickly. Hotel was clean and quiet
- Room was nice, quite, clean, I found a small bug on the top bed comforter when I was leaving, I reported it to the front desk and they thanked me and said they would have it taken care of right away.
- The staff we're all kind and attentive. Everything was amazing about this place.

- I was very unhappy, it was noted this hotel had FREE Internet, it had NONE. My husband is in JFK Medical Hospital, I needed to speak to his nurses and Doctors as he had a double bypass heart surgery & 3 more surgeries last week, I couldnt call anyone.
- Dirty comforter with coffee stains on it broken shower door spit on mirror didnt look like it was cleaned i paid almost --- for the night and wasnt asked when i complained on the phone if i wanted a new room! went to lobby and was told i can have new room
