- The convenience to City Place, extremely pet friendly, pool and hot tub. Shower in the rooms were nice.

- Great place! Convenient to where we need to be. Lots of dining and recreation choices nearby.
Cons -
- Response time for staff. I needed additional towels and it took 4 hours. The room wasn't stocked with additional supplies like toilet tissue and I called down it took forever to get another roll of tissue.
- Loud. Our room was never ready until 2 1/2 hours after check-in. We were placed on a waiting list. We were told we could change in a private room and there were several people changing in the same room which is unsafe.
- I was quoted a price and the price I paid at the facility was over three hundred dollars more than was I was told in an email I would pay.
