Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown

The room was nice and the bed comfortable, the hotel is very good situated. However the wifi connection was very bad/slow. We even decided to pay for an upgrade which then didn't work either, frontdesk couldn't solve it. Some of the people at the frontdesk were more confusing than helpful, but they were kind in general. The parking is very expensive but the guys from the valet service were very helpful, kind and dedicated.

The staff was exceptional. Especially the lady at the Bistro that runs the register and front desk was very nice! Great hotel and I enjoyed my stay and will return!

Really friendly staff, clean place, comfy bed and good facilities. Great location for us, highly recommend. We even got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon which they didn’t have to do but their service was second to none!

An excellent alround hotel. Location excellent.Parking via Valet is a bit expensive. You should consider there is a car park directly facing the hotel and it looks very safe.Hotel clean and tidy.Breakfast isn't fantastic but lots of great little eateries all around nearby.

Our toilet seat did not work properly , the flushing mechanism was broken & the tank was constantly running.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the location was fantastic! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Though not the hotels fault, apparently everyone in downtown Tampa has equipped their vehicles with glass tail pipes so the sound reverberated around the room. But after 11pm either I was sleeping hard or the traffic greatly decreased.

The toilet had overflowed and I went down to the front desk and instead of giving me a new room at that time, I was told to go back upstairs and call down to the front desk and then they would send someone up with a new key. I did this and waited in the hallway for about 20min with all of our luggage because at this point toilet water was all over the floor in my room. A very nice man did come up with a new room key but I didn’t think the wait was necessary especially since I had gone down to the front desk myself. We were provided a new room and it the stay was comfortable, I was just put off by being told to go back into a toilet water filled room to make a call to the desk I was already at for a new room.

the room was old, dirty, we had to request more towels. the only way to park the car was valet.
