- The staff was friendly and polite. They handled our issues with a smile and were very respectful and responsive

- The staff was very friendly. The lobby floor/bar lounge areas were nice.
Cons -
- The rooms were outdated. The first room was smelly and dingy. Our second room had mold in the shower. Just not fresh.
- My hotel room ?window? opened up into an office building. If I opened the blinds my entire room was exposed to 300 office spaces and a courtyard. Super weird and Invasive and my curtain wouldn?t close so it felt like we were sleeping at work. Not happy
- The bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on in my life. The pillows were hard, too. We left a day early because we hardly slept the first night.
