Holiday Inn Tampa North By IHG

The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was adequate for a disabled person as needed.

The bed was way too high for disabled person to get in. Load traffic which we should have thought about, but wish they had more noise barriers. We were on highway side.

The hotel needs a real restaurant.

Location is great. Right by USF where my daughter goes. Mini fridge and microwave. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods.

Little pricey for what it is. Basic room. Booked for 4 guest. Was not given any bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. Only given 3 towels. Toilets are old and ridiculously hard to flush. First night front desk person was awesome. Other 2 days the lady working was not so great. She had her car parked out front in the guest drop off area all day. Housekeeping just walked in on checkout day at 10:40 (no knocking). We paid extra for late checkout at 12:00. Yes they say breakfast is included but it is one ticket for one breakfast that is basically a made to order egg related breakfast (egg sandwiches). Could’ve used something like muffins or pancakes or cereal for the kids. Music started playing on Sunday at 7:00 really loudly on hotel speaker at pool.

Beds were comfy! Room was clean. AC was good and cold.

Too much light from the window. No way to darken room in the early morning.

Very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Right across the street from USF.

We stayed in the 1st floor which was quite noisy and made it hard to sleep.

Great location and the rooms are cozy. I have nothing negative to say about the building or rooms itself.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months. All 3 times I was double billed or charged for incorrect items. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone directly. If they fix their billing issues, then they're great.

The room was spacious and comfy. The housekeeper was professional and welcoming.

The room was decent but the breakfast made several of my family members sick right after! The male at front desk was lazy and hardly ever seen when needed.

Friendly and helpful staff service for the most part. Comfortable stay. Convenient location.

Wasn't any Staff members to greet me at the restaurant setting. I actually had to reach out to the front desk for assistance. I wasn't trying to order anything, but if I did, I would have been disappointed.
