- Dirty, broken elevator, room temp high, frigid frozen, phone broken, peeling paint, floor tiles loose/large gaps left open, shower curtain/towel rack ready to fall off, hole large enough for my foot to go through in shower, no hot water. Speak English!!!!
- Staff kept deposit because "we used their towels to clean up the wet bathroom floor and those towels were meant for bodies, not the floor." I asked them to copy this absurd claim to me in writing and provided my email address. Never received email or depo
- Yes. Window did not lock or close completely on 1st floor room. Dead mouse on window. I have pictures.
