- The front desk staff..
- I originally booked this hotel knowing it had a shuttle and location to the parks. The shuttle driver is what is making this hotel the best. The ratings I am giving are pretty much due to him. He is so friendly and all around amazing.
Cons -
- The bath and shower area need at least one or two safety bars for access to tub area
- There was a rat in my room, called down they sent someone an hour later to inspect and he did nothing but look and say welp there?s nothing we can do!!!! It ran across the bed YUCK they also didn?t give us a refund
- Dripping faucets, beat up doors, and we found a pair of underwear on the floor that was not ours!
