- Location and the price deal.
- The location made it easy to explore, but nothing else about this experience was good.
Cons -
- Trash bags around the property was visible...coming up the stairs and down the stairway. In the parking lot, there was take out bags w/ food left were visible around the property on several occasions.
- Everything.?..smells .rooms have a lot to be desired.?.?.so many dogs!!
- The room furnishings, furniture, and general condition of the room is rough.
