- This hotel was damaged during Hurricane Ian and we were not even able to check in as it is closed. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with your staff the following day attempting to obtain a refund with zero follow up or assistance.Unacceptable

- It was closed and your advertisement and booking is fraudulent. We have still not received a refund nor even any communication following an hour and a half of speaking with your "team". I have reported this to Gov Desantis' office and FEMA as fraud.
- No
- Minor room things: would like reading lamps by the bed and coat hooks or a coat tree for misc. Husband who is 6'5" would have liked a higher-placed showerhead, but he often has tall person needs! Very homey. Great location. Quiet. Loved it.

So many things but most outstanding was the staff l!Gave great recommendations,went above and beyond;welcomed us with a treat basket,wine and decs for our anniversary, also helped with car troubles.Feels like we made friends. A++!
