- The staff are excellent- the hotel has so much charm and a friendly vibe - it has everything needed to maximize a St Pete city visit. Ther offer a free shuttle service on call to anywhere.
- Great common spaces, front porch, lounge area, pool and bar.
- Entire property had great vintage boutique hotel vibe Staff was exceptional

- Not one thing was wrong with it.
- Parking was limited
- Rooms are very dark with poor lighting and bathrooms are tiny.
