- Conveniently located, daily breakfast, friendly staff
- Their breakfast was amazing and the time of 7am to 10 am was perfect.
- The location was perfect for the sights we wanted to see in St Augustine. The property has a nice layout and esthetic. My husband enjoyed the hot breakfast!
Cons -
- There were a few hidden charges; $15 for parking (we arrived at 9P, check out at 11A and could not use parking after checkout, when we planned to tour St Augustine) Also, they charge $20 for late checkout!

- There was a plastic bag of what appeared to be dirty linens left in the room when we checked in otherwise everything was clean
