Bella Bay Inn

Location was great have stayed there several times

It is not like it used to be.. bathroom sink assembly felt like it was going to come off the sink. There were two exposed screws on a make shift wooden lip into the bathroom that were rudimentary place. I had to secure the screams to prevent injury, after tripping over the piece of wood

The location is excellent

Parking is at different location.

The bed was a little stiff. Laying down watching tv was fine but over night sleep, bed was very firm and hurt my back, plenty of pillows help counter that

The rooms were lovely and spacious, the king size beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for a great dinner spot across the street and a short walk to great views of the bay. The trolley stop outside was an added bonus for elderly members of our group. St. Augustine is a beautiful city, very walkable with lots of history.

Good location, comfortable room

No ice maker, no free breakfast, 2 small windows/ no view of anything, very loud, had to park 4+ blocks away, property had large parking lot that belongs to OC whites. Why aren’t there 3 spaces for the Inn??? I would have paid extra to park on site. No way this property had “sound proof” walls.

The location is terrific. The room was large and comfortable. We were there for the Christmas lights and seasonal celebrations. The Inn is very close to the main Old Town businesses district. We were able to park once and walk to all the restraunts and attractions.

We had no disappointments, but some guests might want to know: There are stairs. The rooms are second story. While we could not hear any other guests there are sounds from the music in nearby venues.

The location was excellent. Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again

The shower head location was too low for someone of average height but that was the structure deficiency. They made it work the best they could. Not a big deal though.

Noisy until 1-2 am

Staff was so friendly, easy check in. Clean room, comfortable bed. Location was great. We even took a horse & carriage ride that dropped us off right at our room!

Parking was a little far away & lots of steps, but would recommend and would stay here again.
