- I paid for a King Room, was given a Double. Said they didn’t have any more. Gave us the farthest room from the Elevators. Took almost 15 minutes to get Hot water in the shower.
- The elevator wasn't working when We arrived. The cable for the TV wasnt working either.

Location
The room decor should be updated. I did have an issue as someone was smoking pot outside the entrance near our room and the smell would get in our room. I told staff and all they did was apologize.
