- The food
- The staff was okay, but wasn't very knowledgeable about anything.
- Loved the location. Staff were friendly helpful and really made us welcome. We had an ocean view king suite was was very large. The two pools are beautiful. Plenty of sun beds for all. Food served buffet style was surprisingly really nice. Overall we would definitely come back.

- Raccoons. I was not previously informed that I would need to be vigilant for raccoons during daylight hours. Upon exiting my room the first night, I experienced a moment of concern, believing I might be confronted by one. Consequently, I decided to check out the following day.
- Not much really. There are some building upgrades going on but they didn’t affect us at all. One thing if I had to moan. Is lightning. Getting to and fro from our room to the main reception/bae/dining hall. Is really dark.

Beautiful location. Very relaxing, the staff, food and drinks were fantastic!
Nothing we didn’t like per se, however as advertised, it is still undergoing renovations. What has been completed is stunning!
