- Clean, good design in the room and public spaces, good people, plenty of hot water!
- Nothing there was no room available that I paid for and finally they had a king room they gave me which had only a sofa, I waited until 10pm to get a queen room, there was no internet.
- Location

- The front desk team were rude and nasty even after complaining to the manager, calling ma'am over and over again in a terrible condescending manner.
- Charged for parking & wasn?t quick about returning incidental deposit
- Front desk did not know how to get extra pillows for us. Never got any
