- Where the quest starts I get to the hotel they didn't even email or. Text me My room number, then nobody works front desk everything done by security 2nd My room was on the 16th floor. They had me park on the 8th floor. The inconvenience of getting out of my car on a different floor just to go up the elevator eight more flights which is ridiculous parking lot is so small tht other cars had no convenience for other cars there parking deck need new parking numbers and better lighting to find your spots to park

When ask for another unit was told we’d have another cleaning fee. We left and didn’t stay 2nd night and shouldn’t be charged for it such a disappointment .

The view

I paid more than $1000.00 for a bedroom, for two nights and the room was not comfortable, it did not have enough furniture, the furniture it had was too damaged and old, the finishes were very broken, it was not decorated, it did not make you want to be there, we only used it to sleep, it did not have forks or cups, it did not meet my expectations
