- customer service front desk people were very nice and helpful

Cons -
- They only washed the sheets not the comforters. Smoke detectors and fire alarm notification devices were covered up. Sink didn't drain, refrige defrosted and left puddles of water on the floor and toilet didn't flush right. The hotel needs a refresh.
- Musty smell in the lobby and corridors and even the elevator and room. Bought Febreze. it helped.The room looked clean and the bed very comfortable. Saw a baby roach- told the front desk - she said she will get it taken care of. No continental breakfast
- Elevator was out of order. I was on the 3rd floor. Lots of stairs for 5 days as a senior citizen with a dog. Was still out of order when I left.
